Shipping and return policy:
Our product quality and customer satisfaction is important to us. All items are inspected before leaving our hands. In the event that something happens during shipping, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return if we are notified within 5 days of delivery.

If you have a return for another reason please return it to us for exchange, store credit or full refund (less shipping fees), within 30 days. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached and free of odor and pet hair. We will not accept returns of items that smell of odors such as smoke.
